Middle-Out Method

Problem

Apply middle-out reconciliation lite: an aggregate plus its siblings defines the total, so return aggregate + sum(siblings).

This total is then distributed down the hierarchy.

Hint

Middle-out starts at an intermediate level and works in both directions.
