Standard Error of Kurtosis

Problem

The standard error of the sample excess kurtosis is 2 * SE_skew * sqrt((n^2 - 1) / ((n - 3)(n + 5))) with SE_skew = sqrt(6n(n-1)/((n-2)(n+1)(n+3))).

Given the sample size n > 3, return the standard error.

Hint

Build it from the skewness standard error first.
