Linear Equating (Z Method)

Problem

Return the equated score mean_y + (sd_y/sd_x)*(raw - mean_x), which maps a raw score from form X onto the scale of form Y using the z-score transformation. Return 0.0 when either standard deviation is not positive.

Hint

Match both the mean and the spread of the two forms.
