Chebyshev Scalarization Value

Problem

The weighted Chebyshev scalarization of a multi-objective vector around an ideal point z is max_i w_i * |f_i - z_i|.

Given the objectives, weights, and the ideal point, return the scalarized value.

Hint

Take the maximum weighted deviation from the ideal point.
