Huber Threshold Apply

Problem

Apply the Huber gradient (clipped residual).

Return delta when residual > delta, -delta when residual < -delta, and residual itself inside the band. This caps the influence of large residuals.

Hint

Huber clips the residual into the interval [-delta, delta].
