Syllable Estimate Vowel Groups

Problem

A common heuristic counts runs of vowels (a, e, i, o, u, y), then subtracts one for a silent trailing "e", with a minimum of one syllable.

Given a lowercase word, return the syllable estimate.

Hint

Count groups first, then handle the silent e.
