Debate Outcome (Lite)

Problem

Compare debate sides by score sums. Return 'pro' when the pro score sum exceeds the con sum, 'con' when it is lower, and 'tie' otherwise.

Empty lists sum to 0.

Hint

Aggregate each side first, then compare the totals.
