XOR Repeat Key

Problem

Encrypt (or decrypt) a list of byte values with a repeating XOR key: out[i] = data[i] ^ key[i % len(key)]. Return the resulting byte list.

Hint

Repeating-key XOR is symmetric, so the same call decrypts.
