Resize Boxes

Problem

Resize boxes after an image resize.

Given the old and new image sizes, scale x coordinates by new_w / old_w and y coordinates by new_h / old_h, rounding each value to 4 decimal places.

case 1

in: [[[1,2,3,4]],10,10,20,30]

expected: [[2,6,6,12]]

case 2

in: [[[0,0,5,5]],5,5,5,5]

expected: [[0,0,5,5]]

case 3

in: [[[1,1,2,2],[3,3,4,4]],4,2,2,4]

expected: [[0.5,2,1,4],[1.5,6,2,8]]
